About this vintage design furniture

Modular chest of drawers as a dressing table, vintage storage unit, circa 60's. The piece is made of wood with a teak colored striated veneer. It rests on black metal legs with adjustable brass tips. The front has a storage door with shelf and 3 drawers on the left (all clean and 7 original metal handles, see pictures) all covered with a grey cracked faux leather finish. No tears on the material (see pictures). The door and drawers are all functional, the top one is not sliding but with a flap (note, perhaps with time, to lower the flap, slightly ajar the 2nd drawer, lower the flap and push the 2nd drawer in closed position, same thing to close it. Otherwise it also opens without any problem with a slight resistance of the leather and I think it is easier not to touch the leather). The right top opens by lifting it and becomes a storage with a mirror. The piece is in very good original and vintage condition with very slight traces and marks of use and patina of time on the top, side panels (slight mark of use at bottom left, see photo), legs and mirror. The piece is attributed (unsigned) to Roger Landault. - Drawers: W 78 x D 32 x H 10.5 - Right hand cabinet: W 80 x D 33 x H 9.5 - Left door: H 46 x W 40 x D 36 - Space above and below the shelf: 23
