About this vintage design furniture

Beautiful dresser in teak with teak tapered legs, designed by Johannes Sorth and produced by Nexø Møbelfabrik. This chest of drawers is in excellent vintage condition. Six drawers with outsanding grain from the bottom to the top. Top 2 drawers height 10 cm, the rest is 13 cm high. Original key included. Ground clearance 25 cm. Veneer was refreshed with Danish Oil.

About the designer

Johannes SORTH

Johannes Sorth was a renowned Danish designer who was born in 1937 and died in 2017. He is best known for his work in industrial design, particularly for his elegant modern furniture designs. Sorth studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, graduating in 1963.
