About this vintage design furniture
Original pendant lamp from the 70's, designed by Bent Nordsted for the Danish label LB (Lyskaer Belysning). The structure is made of gold lacquered aluminium and the interior is white to enhance its brightness. The interior of the intermediate ring (which surrounds the light point) is orange, so that when the lamp is lit, the two opposite screens are "bathed" in this tone; a pleasant optical effect that gives the lamp greater warmth while emphasising the broad, bright lines that characterise its elegant profile. Electrical part replaced and functional, uses a bulb type E27 max. 60W (with system suitable for both led and filament bulbs; please note that the specified power is for filament bulbs, if you want to use a led, ask for the equivalent power). As far as aesthetics are concerned, it is in excellent condition, with minimal signs of use (via a slight ripple in the main dome).
