About this vintage design furniture
Table lamp Pandul Swing VIP. Immediately recognized for its architectural qualities, The Swing VIP lamp conquered the front pages of architectural magazines around the world when it was launched and was purchased by the Danish Art Foundation. The Swing lamp is still considered an icon. Designed in 1972 by Jorgen Gammelgaard (1938 - 1991), a Danish professor and architect, he also designed silverware for Georg Jensen. During his career, Gammelgaard also worked in the design offices of Arne Jacobsen and Mogens Koch. Dimensions 60cm high. Shade 35cm diameter. Base 10cm high

Jorgen Gammelgaard was a Danish designer born on April 23, 1938 and died on September 29, 1991. He studied at the Royal Danish School of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, graduating in 1966.
