Vintage white natural stone coffee table by Paul Kingma, 1980

Large white natural stone coffee table designed and crafted by Paul Kingma in the 1980s. The top of this handcrafted coffee table has a beautiful shimmer to it. Condition is still very good with normal use and small hairline cracks during manufacturing (while the concrete was drying) and light stains (use marks) on the top. The base is made of tin and the top is made of natural stone of different colors, pebble, bronze inlaid in the concrete. Dimensions: h x w x d 39 x 100 x 100 cm. The beautiful story of this coffee table (ordered) is that the client did not want a label with Paul Kingma's name on the top. Paul Kingma marked it very small (see photo), which the customer discovered much later. Marked: Kingma. The playful combination of materials creates a mosaic work of art, so to speak.
