About this vintage design furniture
Hanging lamp in brushed aluminium. Design by Bent Nordsted. Denmark 60s 70s. White lacquered interior. Nice condition. Presence of some common use scratches on the outside surface in some places and on the mobile hubcap (see photos and zoom in). Rare and discreet deformations in some places (see photos and zoom in). Note that these alterations are very little visible when the lamp is suspended. Diameter 54, 5 cm. Height without wire 46 cm. Length of wire 115 cm. Screw-in bulb not included. The white wire cover is not original.

About the designer
Bent NORDSTED
Bent Nordsted was a Danish designer born in 1927 and died in 2011. He studied at the Royal Danish School of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, where he was trained in painting, sculpture and design.
