Large vintage round extension dining table by John Mortensen for Heltborg Rosewood, Denmark 1960s

Highest quality round extension dining table by John Mortensen for Heltborg Mobler from the 60s from Denmark. Clean functional and well constructed in extra large version with 130cm of diameter and total lenght of 230cm. The Rio Palisander rosewood veneer and solid rosewood edging offer amazing grain. It opens very easily and there are special clamps on the bottom that let close up the table tight when one wants to extend it. The table top has been renovated and has new lacquer coating. Manufacturers burn mark and serial number on the bottom.
