About this vintage design furniture
Norwegian vintage swivel lounge chair by Hans Brattrud 1960s. The slat back is made of solid rosewood and the chair is new upholstered in a high quality brown leather. The rosewood slat seating is elegantly constructed and is truly eye catching. The piece is a great object and comfortable chair in any interior. The chair has a chromed foot with swivel mechanisme that can tilled back as well and the angle of the seat can be adjusted. Seat height: 38cm

About the designer
Hans BRATTRUD
Hans Brattrud (1933-1987) was a Norwegian industrial designer best known for his iconic "Scandia" chair. He was born in Kristiansund, Norway, and studied at the National School of Arts and Crafts in Oslo (now the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs).
