About this vintage design furniture
A set of 2 Hans Brattrud dining chairs with the low back design. These slatted dining chairs are constructed of original laminated rosewood with chrome steel bases. The chairs are also stackable. Their condition is very good, with very little wear. Made by Hove Mobler in Norway, with its label present on the underside.

About the designer
Hans BRATTRUD
Hans Brattrud (1933-1987) was a Norwegian industrial designer best known for his iconic "Scandia" chair. He was born in Kristiansund, Norway, and studied at the National School of Arts and Crafts in Oslo (now the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs).
