About this vintage design furniture
Arflex coffee table from the “Haru” collection designed by Isao Hosoe (Japan) & Ann Martinelli (Italy) for Arflex in 1985. Haru is a collection of furniture pieces designed for living comfortably with a friendly and honest image. The Haru collection contains two tables, based on a new design concept, flexible and transforming. This small version of the Haru collection is adjustable in the shape of the table. Material: lacquered wood and metal. The condition is still very good condition with minimal signs of use and wear. Dimensions: h x w x d 41 x 88 x 88 cm. Source: catalogue Arflex 1985.

About the designer
Isao HOSOE
Isao Hosoe is a Japanese industrial designer born in 1939. He graduated in industrial design from Tokyo's Tama Art University in 1961 and began his career working for Sony Corporation, where he contributed to the development of numerous electronic products.
