About this vintage design furniture
Since beginning his career in the 1960s, modern Spanish designer Pepe Cortés began to be recognized in the early 70s with multiple awards including the ADI-FAD Silver Delta Award, the Design Auswahl Award, and the National Design Award. Produced by Amat, these stamped seats sit on chromed steel splayed legs. Their ergonomic saddle-form seats are made from polished aluminum. There are two ‘models’ of these stools produced, these higher ones and low stools. These cast aluminium ‘sadle’ stools are comfortable and easy to clean as well. To be used as barstool or just a design object to keep looking at.
