Vintage Enzo Mari wooden chair 1974s

In spirit of Enzo Mari’s 1974 project ’Autoprogettazione’ we obtained this pine wooden chair (model Sedia 1) from a young Italian cabinet maker . Enzo Mari realised the design instructions as open source design. The solid pine wooden chair is nailed, hand built and sanded, identical to Enzo Mari’s instruction book. Seat height 47cm. Although the chair is in solid pine, due to the angle of the seating, it does have a good comfort.
