Vintage Ilona Sofa, Arne Norell 1971

Stunning Ilona chair in light mustard yellow leather. Original cherry coloured frame held together by strong black support leather. The sofa was inspired by safari furniture and thus is held together without the use of any screws or glue. The Heavy leather supports are shaped like stretched hides. Very expressive design. The cushions are filled with new down feather and allow the user to sink in to this very comfortable settee. The cherry stained beech frame is in original condition and shows very light usage. This item can be easily packed down and later put together again for cheaper international shipping.
