About this vintage design furniture
Rare, large vase type V621 designed by Helmut Friedrich Schäffenacker (1921-2010). The item was handmade by H.F.Schäffenacker in Ulm, Germany, 1950 - 1960. Vase in the earth tones characteristic for this designer, inspired by fossils. A rare and unique collector’s item. In the 1950s, Schaffenacker ceramics were often not stamped, but had a sticker. These, of course, usually disappeared by now. In the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, Schaffenacker worked on stamps, numbers or stickers on the bottom. The item is signed on the bottom, so we know that it will be dated to the late 1960s or early 1970s. The vase is in very good condition. Dimensions: height 25 cm width 24 cm base diameter 12 cm infusion diameter of 6 cm Dimensions in inches: height 9.8 in width 9.4 in base diameter 4.7 in filler diameter 2.4 in
