About this vintage design furniture
Good design comes with surprise. This sculptural office chair on wheels, is made up of a wooden seat, an upholstered felt back panel and a lacquered steel base. The chair runs on ‘minimal visible’ wheels so in workspaces it easily can ‘slide like a ghost’ over the floor. Very good condition consistent with age and use.

About the designer
CORTES
Pepe Cortés was a Spanish designer who was born in Barcelona in 1946 and died in 2019. He studied at the Barcelona School of Arts and Crafts and began his career as an industrial designer in the 1970s. He founded his own design studio in 1984, where he worked on a variety of interior design, furniture and lighting projects for clients around the world.
