About this vintage design furniture
This chairs has been designed in the 1950s by Svend Åge Eriksen and manufactured by Glostrup. The chair have undergone carpentry renovation. The chair frame made of solid teak wood has been cleaned of old coatings and finished again. The seats and backs of the chair are upholstered with original, high-quality leatherette, which shows signs of use visible in the photos.

About the designer
Svend Aage ERIKSEN
Svend Aage Eriksen (1918-2002) was a renowned Danish designer, known for his innovative and functional work in furniture and lighting. Born in Copenhagen, he studied at the city's Royal Academy of Fine Arts and worked for various design companies before opening his own studio in 1954.
