About this vintage design furniture

Semi was designed in 1968 as the product of a creative partnership between Claire Bonderup and Torsten Thorup. Bonderup and Thorup wanted to produce a lamp that had sharp, clean lines and a geometric shape. Their design was submitted to the competition at the School of Architecture and won the first prize. In the 1980s, the lamp achieved great success and became the best-selling Danish design at the time and achieved worldwide recognition and icon status. The lamps are in very good condition, with slight signs of use, small dents on one lamp. These are original pieces produced by Fog og Mørup. Dimensions: diameter: 26cm height: 17cm The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, it has a new approx. 2-meter cable. The cable can be changed to any length and color. Additionally, the headlining is attached to the lamp. Please note that the items we sell are used items, often 40-50 years old, and therefore have traces of use that cannot always be captured in the photos.
