About this vintage design furniture
Beautiful 1960s design classic from Denmark: High-quality armchair made in organic shaped solid teak frame. Designed by Svend Aage Eriksen, manufactured by Glostrup. The chair has been lovingly restored and reupholstered with a high quality dark green upholstery fabric. Very good condition with minor traces of wear.

About the designer
Svend Aage ERIKSEN
Svend Aage Eriksen (1918-2002) was a renowned Danish designer, known for his innovative and functional work in furniture and lighting. Born in Copenhagen, he studied at the city's Royal Academy of Fine Arts and worked for various design companies before opening his own studio in 1954.
