About this vintage design furniture
Danish double bedside table from the 1960s. Furniture by the well-known designer Borge Morgensen edited by Soborg Mobler. Scandinavian work in beautiful quality teak. This small table has nice proportions. A small humidity stain to note. You will find under the top a "Made in Denmark" stamp and the original Soborg Mobler label.

About the designer
John MORTENSEN
John Mortensen was an American industrial designer who was born in 1916 and died in 2015. He studied at the Rhode Island School of Design and began his career working for several design firms in New York in the 1940s and 1950s.
