About this vintage design furniture
A chair designed in the 1950s by Svend Åge Eriksen and manufactured by Glostrup. The chair has been completely refurbished. The chair frame made of solid teak wood has been cleaned of old coatings and refinished with Danish Oil. Two cavities were also completed. The back and seat have been upholstered in leather upholstery. Upholstery sponges were also replaced.

About the designer
Svend Aage ERIKSEN
Svend Aage Eriksen (1918-2002) was a renowned Danish designer, known for his innovative and functional work in furniture and lighting. Born in Copenhagen, he studied at the city's Royal Academy of Fine Arts and worked for various design companies before opening his own studio in 1954.
