About this vintage design furniture
This is a classic pendant light by Carl Thore for Granhaga Metallindustri, Sweden 1970s. Shiny brown lacquer with a high gloss golden reflector ring painted orange inside spreading an orange glow around the centre of the light. Somel scratches and marks consistent with time and reflected in the price. Some scratches in the lacquer but no dents. Intact designers label. Standard E27 lightbulb.

Carl THORE
Carl Thore was a Swedish designer who was born in 1917 and died in 2004. He is best known for his work in the field of lighting, having worked for the famous Swedish design company Granhaga Metallindustri AB, which produced high-quality luminaires.
