About this vintage design furniture

Leather chair model ’’Karate’’, which was designed in 1968 by Michel Cadestin for the French manufacturer Airborne International. The white, organically shaped fiberglass shell is mounted on a roller-supported rotating ring. Back shell, armrests and the loose resting cushion are covered with cognac leather and stitched with colored buttons. The seat height is 41 cm. Beautiful Space Age Design from France, reminiscent of the famous ’’Elda’’ armchair by Joe Colombo. The chair is in excellent original condition, only the cold foam core of the seat cushion has been renewed.
