About this vintage design furniture
Set of 2 Katavolos chairs, Kelley and Littell, chrome-plated steel, enameled steel, and cognac leather, USA, 1952. The leather is connected to the frame at three points, resulting in only a floating seat. The steel frame holds the leather from three separate metal rods in a T shape that are connected by a black T. Hence the nickname T chair.
